Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Confirmation is provided by email or phone once a booking is finalized.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by service type and are communicated at the time of booking. Contact us directly for changes to an existing reservation.
Conduct & liability
Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs respectfully. LTG Orlando maintains commercial insurance on all vehicles in its fleet.
